To improve the audit capability of the company’s internal auditors and the overall level of the company’s system management, the company invited CMC Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct a three-day TS16949 standard training on March 22, 2017, and the representatives of the relevant departments and the internal auditors of the relevant systems from the Production Department participated in the training.

The trainers explained the relevant key points of the standard vividly in combination with a variety of cases, adopted the teaching approach integrating theory with practice, and used brainstorming and other methods to allow trainees to participate in the training actively.

Through the training, the trainees gained a better understanding of the system standard, and got clear about the focus and improvement direction of the following system work, which is conducive to the smooth transition of the company’s system certification, and provides a guarantee for the improvement of the company’s standard management capabilities, and establishment of a good public image of focus on product quality, commitment to social responsibility and people orientation.
